SUPPORT WORKERS
All the staff at East Coast Disability Support have many years experience within the NDIS framework.
ECDS maintain that the right match between the Support work and the participant is the key to a great experience. We match support workers with NDIS participants based on common interests, this key component during the interview process builds a lasting bond between participant and support worker .
